Status on Karakuri Douji ULTIMO

Hey fans,

I want to apologize for my treatment of this awesome series lately. I do have a bunch of back issues of Raws to scan, but have been holding off as I do not have the time currently to translate it. I know, I know…you ask “But you translate Shin Prince of Tennis, why not ULTIMO?” Because Ultimo is much wordier and much longer and I can’t translate it in my sleep like I can with Prince of Tennis.

If you are a translator and are willing to take over translation duties of this series for me, I will gladly scan the RAWs and send them to you!
However, unless said translator can take over for me, This series is on hold until I have more free time. Sadly, I am no longer a young and fresh university student with hours upon hours of free time and have to work 8 hours of my day with a 1.5 hour commute distance to my office….that means 11 hours of my day no longer exist anymore….

So, sadly, this means I don’t have time for translating this series as of this time. JAC will still do it if we can get translations, however until then it will be on hiatus.

Luckily, Viz has currently caught up with where I have left off ^^;; I’ve even been told their translations are not bad! If you really need your fix, please read the official releases.

Looking for Staff 3

We are again looking for new staff, hopefully experienced cleaners and re drawers will apply.

JAC is always looking for new recruits. From cleaners to typesetters, redraws and translators. If you feel like you are up to the challenge send us and email at  jac.scans@gmail.com or visit us on #jacgroup @irchighway. Any questions please state them here.

Also we are willing to train you in cleaning, redrawing or typesetting, we can also try to hook you up with photoshop if you dont have it.

Black Lagoon Hiatus

JAC is Recruiting New Members

If we haven’t said it enough, J.A.C. is open to all types of scanlating positions. We mainly need more translators, typesetters, and cleaners at the moment. I recently setup a cleaning tutorial of all the things you’ll need to know how to do to clean for us, it’s rather very simple. We will still test you.

Manga on YouTube

If you stream our manga on youtube (or anywhere else), I swear I’ll pull your forehead through your ass! What the hell is our release doing…in Spanish…on youtube?!

Seems we need to remind the international community again. Just because you can’t speak English doesn’t mean you can’t clean!

If you want the raws, we’ll give it. If you want the translation…we’ll link you to the translator. Once more I am asking that international scanlators comply with our request and not use our scans. Don’t give me BS that we don’t own it…that’s obvious and your head must be in your ass if you think we can’t see that we’re not mangakas. So we don’t need the logical explanation bull. Clean it yourself and leave our scans alone. This disclaimer will now be on all our credit pages.

We have a forum ^^

It took one of our newest members – Zantetsuken, to set up one for us because honestly, us regulars are just a bit too lazy for that kind of thing. -_-’

It is very new so feel free to make suggestions etc. We’re looking forward to seeing all of you there. This blog will remain what we use for our releases, however the forum is good for discussions and I guess we’re a little more official now… haha. XD

Thanks for the effort Zantetsuken. Now that it’s up we’ll do our best to help maintain it. (Yay…I’m finally an admin on a forum. I wonder what kind of mischief I can create ^^)
