Ok folks. Good news and bad news. The good – we caught up. \o/ Ch 49 was released in February (no raws yet), so that’s good. Bad news – its a monthly. 
Thanks again to our new raw provider Vicissitude and our translator Superman js06. Much love to you both.
*falls over* Man, I stared at black and white pages so much this last week, that my world has lost some colour.
This chapter was so cruel – it started off fluffy and humorous and ended like…
You know what I love about Kure-nai….the fact that the arcs don’t stretch on for long. This one was short but oh so good and I’ll miss Usui, but I get the feeling we’ll see him again. 
Our translator (js06) already has ch 48 ready but I won’t be able to do it until tomorrow night, so you can expect it on Thurs morning. But guess what…he’s translated the first chapter of the Kure-nai light novel (from which the manga is based). The translation is here at Baka-Tsuki and its a novel I’ve always been interested in so its cool to see a bit of it. He’s uncertain if he’ll continue but you can still check it out (I definitely will).
In the middle of TS’ing this, I got majorly distracted by LINSANITY. If you have no idea what I’m talking about….just google ‘Jeremy Lin’.
Give js06 some love guys. He deserves it for putting out two trans in a day. Even if he’s the cool silent type, a thanks here or there is nice. I almost couldn’t keep up with him….almost (I’ve got a scanlator’s headache for that ‘almost’ -_-’.)
And this is the reason we call js06 Superman. Thanks for the quick trans Superman.
*bawls* Finally! Can anyone sense my excitement? Its a small fanbase but to those who have waited, thank you for your patience. Just a few house-keeping matters:
1. To Sai the Shaman, our raw-provider up till ch 42 – JAC appreciates it and we love you forever. Its sad that real life took you away from the tedious joyful task of scanning Kurenai and we’ll miss you. *glomp*
2. And a big thank you to Vicissitude who is now our raw-provider for Kurenai. Already he(she….I need to find out) has given us chapters 43 – 48 (and I’ve cleaned up to 45 already) and I think that with this, we will catch up very soon.The raws are excellent Vic (can I call you Vic?) and we look forward to working with you while your real life allows it.
3. And finally, thanks to js06 who still loves translating this…I’m sure he’s as happy as I am but he’s the cool, silent type who doesn’t say much….but I’m sure he’s happy.

Kyatis-chan, being the doll that she is, has created some character threads on the forum so you can discuss characters etc. Hey, you can even create your own thread if you want.
