The link for Ch 1 has been fixed. There’s actually no link for chapter 2. 🙁 Sorry, that was done by another group. You can find it on online reader sites.

yo, been almost 2 months since the last tegami bachi, what’s the progress so far?
i’d prefer to at least hear something every fortnight or so. could the raw provider at least give us a collection of 4panel omake & dr thunderland diary raws? or color scans of the volume covers?
i’ve noticed a significant decrease in quality & progress in the scanlation profession as a whole in recent times. w/ the downfall of frankyhouse as harbinger of the immenet SOPA pandemic, 2012 will likely be as bad as mayans predicted.
