Raw came up 2 weeks ago.
BL raws just came out about 5 days ago and was translated a few hours ago.
The raw you saw for TB was not usable (RP watermarks) and we have our own raw provider anyway. For various reasons beyond our control TB is delayed. It’s not forgotten.
Since I’m talking about delays: if you can redraw, lend us your hand and your time. Most of our series require a lot of redrawing and real life has sucked away most of our redrawing staff.
